Hi! I’m Jordan Cronbaugh-Jones
Therapy is a vulnerable and powerful journey to embark on, and it can be scary to take the first steps towards receiving help and feeling better. I strive to create an inviting space that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and understood during some of life’s toughest times.
I specialize in working with bipolar disorders, anxiety, perinatal mental health, and women’s mental health care. I have extensive experience working with folks in the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. I work with a lot of moms and folks in the parenting stage of life. I am dedicated to helping you with any issue you bring to the therapeutic space.
Wanting to get started on your journey of growth and healing? Check out my approach to see how I could be of help.

Anxiety and Bipolar
Anxiety and bipolar disorders can impact every part of our lives. I incorporate theories like IFS, CBT and person-centered therapy to regulate the nervous system, create stabilization, and process what is in and outside of our control.
LGBTQ+ Community
Everyone is welcome in my office. The majority of clients I have worked with throughout my career have been part of the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you’re looking to explore your gender or sexual identity, process how to live life in a way that feels authentic to you, or just find a way to peacefully exist, I am here to provide a safe landing place for you to do so.
Perinatal Mental Health
Having a child can be one of the most vulnerable, joyful, and isolating times of our lives. I provide help for moms and folks who have given birth - whether it is reclaiming your identity, coping with loss, or battling postpartum symptoms, I am here to support you through it using psychodynamic and strengths-based approaches.
Neurodiverse Community
Neurodiversity can explain many symptoms you experience that may have been unexplained previously. ADHD, for example, may explain why you physically cannot get off of the couch, rather than depression. Or, autism, for example, may explain an unstable pattern of interpersonal relationships, rather than BPD. Neurodivergent symptoms provide us with important evidence to guide our work together. I provide support to help you learn what it means to work with your brain, not against it.
Grief
Grief is in everything that we do, even when we do not expect it to be. Using psychodynamics, person-centered therapy and strengths-based practices, I will support you through your grief journey and help you process the loss of control and trauma within it.
